Our commitment

William Thomas Digital Inc is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We are committed to treating people with disabilities in a way that allows them to maintain dignity and independence.

We are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner by identifying, removing, and preventing barriers to accessibility, and by meeting our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and Ontario accessibility laws.

Accessibility standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for this service and related digital experiences.

Web accessibility

We design and develop digital experiences with accessibility in mind, including semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigability for interactive elements, sufficient color contrast, alternative text or accessible labels where appropriate, visible focus states, and support for reduced-motion preferences where applicable.

Accessible formats and communication supports

Upon request, we will provide or arrange accessible formats and communication supports for information related to this service where reasonably possible. We will consult with the person making the request to determine suitability.

Feedback process

We welcome feedback on accessibility barriers or accessible service needs. Feedback can be sent to accessibility@wtd.inc. We review accessibility feedback and respond where a response is requested.

Training and ongoing improvement

We provide accessibility guidance to personnel involved in designing, operating, or supporting the service, and we review accessibility practices as the service changes.
