Service

Relay is an event recap assistant operated by William Thomas Digital Inc. The service lets attendees send event-related notes, photos, screenshots, voice notes, documents, and schedule details so Relay can organize them and generate recap materials.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful event-related purposes. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share, content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights, or content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or intended to disrupt the service.

Messaging terms

By texting START to our event number or opting in through a web form, you agree to receive event recap and service messages from Relay. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.

By submitting an email signup form and checking the opt-in box, you agree to receive event recap access links, recap status updates, service notices, and support messages by email from Relay by William Thomas Digital Inc. You can withdraw email consent at any time by contacting privacy@wtd.inc.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, analyze, transform, and display that content as needed to provide the service, generate recap materials, operate the service, and support you.

AI-generated output

Recaps are generated with automated and AI-assisted systems. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them. You are responsible for deciding what to use, publish, or distribute.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available and may contain errors, delays, omissions, or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, William Thomas Digital Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
