Privacy Policy
Relay is an SMS-first event assistant that collects your notes, photos, and voice memos during a conference, organizes them by session, and generates a personalized recap deck.
What we collect
We collect your phone number or email address, your opt-in and opt-out status, event schedule details you provide, messages, photos, screenshots, voice notes, documents, profile details you choose to share, generated recap files, and basic service logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
We use this information to create and deliver your event recap, process uploads, respond to messages, send event-related reminders and links, provide support, monitor delivery and reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS and email messaging
If you opt in by texting START or submitting a web form, we may send service messages about Relay and Salesforce Connections 2026 by SMS, email, or both, depending on the channel you used. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help.
For email, we use the address you provide only to send event recap access links, recap status updates, service notices, and support messages related to Relay. You can unsubscribe or withdraw email consent by contacting privacy@wtd.inc.
Service providers
We use service providers for messaging, email, cloud hosting, storage, transcription, AI-assisted extraction, AI-assisted recap generation, rendering, analytics, and operational monitoring. They process information only to provide services to us.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, as directed by you, or when required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or maintain the security and availability of the service.
Mobile information and messaging consent
No mobile information or text messaging opt-in data or consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from the data sharing described above.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the event recap service, support, security, and legal compliance. Unless a longer period is required for a legal, security, billing, dispute, or compliance reason, our standard retention periods are:
- Raw attendee captures: uploaded photos, screenshots, voice notes, files, and raw message content are kept for up to 90 days after the event.
- Generated recap artifacts: recap decks, memos, videos, and related output files are kept for up to 180 days after the event so attendees can access and download them.
- Account, contact, and support records: phone numbers, email addresses, event participation state, support messages, and operational records are kept for up to 24 months after the event.
- Consent, unsubscribe, and compliance records: opt-in, opt-out, disclosure-version, delivery, and audit records may be kept for up to 5 years, or longer if needed to establish or defend legal rights.
- Backups and logs: backup copies and security logs are deleted or overwritten on their normal rotation schedule.
You can request deletion earlier using the contact details below. We may retain limited records where needed to honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, comply with law, or prove consent.
Security and cross-border processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Because we use cloud, messaging, email, AI, transcription, rendering, and support providers, information may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries where those providers operate.
Children and sensitive information
The service is intended for business event attendees and is not directed to children. Do not submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful service purpose.
US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a state privacy law applies to us, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling uses. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a privacy request, contact us below.

Canadian attendees may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may ask questions about how consent, collection, use, disclosure, safeguards, retention, or cross-border processing are handled. Contact us below to make a request.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You can withdraw email consent, request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
